What Independence Means to Us
Our content, topics and offers are based exclusively on the needs of people with urticaria, angioedema and mast cell-associated diseases. Everything we research, prepare and publish is created within the association itself.

- No influence of third parties in terms of content
- No attachment to networks with economic self-interest

Since 2026, the Urticariaverband has been financed exclusively from its own resources.

We consistently distinguish between information, advice and foreign interests. Information is used for orientation, advice for individual classification.

Inquiries from industry and research
We do not participate in product-related campaigns and do not recruit for industry-funded studies. In principle, we do not disseminate external surveys and calls for participation.
We participate in research where patient organisations are involved in questions and study design right from the start, funding and data use are open and the results flow back to those affected.
