Urticaria & angioedema

MCAS
For people with mast cell activation, mast cell disease or suspected mast cell involvement: Classification of symptoms, findings, diagnostics and treatment approaches.
Acute counselling
For acute questions, if you need to go fast: severe itching, a new boost, swelling or uncertainty with medication. Without prior review of documents, bookable until the day before.
Psychological counselling
A professional framework for psychological stress caused by urticaria, angioedema or MCAS: Crises and transitions, exhaustion and excessive demands, strains in partnership, family and work. Methodologically systemic (Virginia Satir, Steve de Shazer), client- and person-centered (Carl Rogers) as well as art therapy (C. G. Jung).
Nutritional advice
Nutrition often plays a bigger role in urticaria than assumed. We consider not only individual foods, but links between diet, lifestyle and ailments.
Supervision
A structured reflection space for people with chronic illness in their everyday work: Resilience, roles and limits, decisions under health restrictions. For some occupational groups, the employer assumes an annual supervision quota.
spiritual care
Space for questions of meaning, existential issues and inner orientation in chronic illness. Scientifically sound, not religiously bound and not esoteric.
